Palladium Press Firearms Classics Library began in 1995 under the original name The Odysseus Editions. It ceased publishing in 2017. It published leather editions for The National Rifle Association. They produced several series of books and sold them by subscription basis. Super high quality bindings, the Firearms Classics were bound in full leather, with hubbed spines, gold gilt page edges, and 22 karat gold foil stamping for titles and designs. They were designed for longevity with acid free paper and sewn construction, not glued. The Library of American Freedoms and the Frontier Classics were bound in a less expensive bonded leather and do not have silk endpaper or ribbon bookmarks.
